A piece of waste land at or near the New Pool in Coalbrookdale on the E. 19½ yds, on W. 12 yds, on N. side 79½yds, on S 76 yds, in all 38p, bounded on all sides by lands belonging to Joseph Reynolds- (Wm Onions) shown on map in margin (which marks the road from the Quarry to C'dale and Jenney Rails from Castle Furnace to Severn).
To hold to Wm Onions from 25 March last for 99 years. Rent: £1 p.a. and 5/- p.a. for every dwelling house, stable or building erected on the premises, except the first dwelling house, or buildings occupied with the same.
