All freehold messuages, farms etc., incl. messuage, farm and lands at Meaton in parish of Kinlett [Kinlet], co. Salop. to nephew, William Bridgen, late of London, now of Layton Stone [Leytonstone], co. Essex, esq., then to Henry Mytton of Bridgnorth, esq.
Personal estate to be sold, and money used to buy land in name of Henry Mytton and heirs.
