Lease at 40s. per annum quit rent, with right of distress upon the lands held of Philip Legh by John Addeshed in the town of Torkynton' for default of payment; of all the lands and tenements which Thomas Bateman, John Hasulhurst and George Moburley hold of party 1 in the town of Moburley.
