The Development Areas Rota Sub-Committee was appointed in April 1951 to visit dwellings in the Redevelopment Areas with a view, having regard to their state of repair, as to whether they could be vested or required further work. In July 1951 the sub-committee became the Visiting Sub-Committee, although its functions remained the same.
