Property: Messuage in New St., Chipping Norton, formerly held by Edward Koyte tinker, then by Moses Brooks and Hannah Widows late by Joseph Higgins and William Hood and now by Robert Hall, tailor. Consideration: £100 paid to 1. by 3. , in part discharge of the mortgage, and of 10s. paid to 1. by 3. Recites that by Lease and Release of 12/13 May 1817 the premises were conveyed to such uses as 2. should direct. Recites Mortgage dated 30 October 1821 whereby 2. demised part of the premises to 1. for 500 yrs. subject to proviso for redemption on payment of £200 and interest. Recites that default was made in payment. Notes: 1. at the direction of 2. assigns to 4 for the remainder of the term of 500 years on trust for 3. and his heirs.
