He gives account of the title etc. of Mr. Henshaw's estate (which Hill apparently proposes to purchase), and dismisses the danger of Henshaw's becoming bankcrupt.
He has received no money from Mr. Wycherley for transferring his mortgage to Mr. Craig to Hill nor for assignments of mortgages upon Yorton and Houlstone "but instead of paying me he cavills wtch me abt it", claiming that the transfer was at Hill's expense.
Thos. Addams estate is not likely to come to market. He has got attournments from Mr. Clayton's tenants.
