Copy will of Esther Roberts of Long Marston, alias Marston Sicca bequeathing to her niece Mary Ann Roberts, the daughter of her brother John Roberts, a messuage in Long Marston in which she now lives, another messuage in Pebworth in the tenure of John Butler (butcher) and the remainder of her property except the following which she leaves to her nephew Thomas Martin Roberts, son of her brother John Roberts: namely, a messuage in Pebworth in the tenure of Charles Tinson and miscellaneous household goods. Appointment of Mar Ann Roberts and Thomas Martin Roberts as executors.

Witnesses: Mary Tasker, John Tasker.
Proved in the District Registry of Gloucester, 3 April 1860. Testator died 3 April 1860.
