Description (What the record is about)
-
There is a 7% discrepancy in the power and consumption obtained as compared with the figures submitted by us to AWA in November last. The vital point at issue between ourselves and AWA is that concerning the fitment of the 1270 HP engine. All our engine development is being concentrated on the 1270HP Mamba, and therefore, we cannot expect any improvement on the 1000 HP engine of the type fitted to the Apollo at present
