Release by the same to the same of the part of the messuage, etc. as above, no. 163, the premises having been bequeathed by William Hiccox, gent., by will dated 30 March 1730, one moiety to the children of his late aunt Mary Scriven (of whom only Mary Scriven and Agnes Middleton, wife of John Middleton, shoemaker, survive) and the other moiety to the children of his late aunt Bridgett Newcomb.
