Release - Marriage Settlement: (a) William Whiston of Lowestoft, co. Suffolk, clerk; (b) Anthony Burgess of London, clerk, and George Antrobus of Tamworth, co. Stafford, clerk; (c) Ruth Whiston, daughter of said George Antrobus and wife of said William Whiston: in consideration of the marriage already solemnized between the said William and Ruth: said William Whiston releases unto said Anthony Burgess and George Antrobus the following premises of which they are seized by virtue of an indenture of lease made the day before the date of these presents:- 2 messuages with outbuildings, stables, etc., in DULLINGHAM, co. Cambridge and all lands, meadows, pastures, etc., called by the name of Compes and lying in DULLINGHAM, BURROW and BRINCKLEY, co. Cambridge, containing 63 acres and now in the tenure of Edward Morley: to hold the same to the said Anthony Burgess and George Antrobus for ever to the use of said William Whiston for term of life; after his death to the use of Ruth his wife, for term of life; after their deaths to the use of the male issue of them both; in default of such to the use of the female issue lawfully begotten; in default of such to the right heirs of the said William.
