1 20s to the poor of Ditchling

2 To his daughter Elizabeth Awcocke his messuage in Lewes St Michael, in the occupation of Nicholas Curle

3 To his son William Awcocke, the part of the messuage and three yard lands in Iford which he purchased of Mr Buckland; cottage and land called Howberbs and one tenement and backside belonging to it, now in the occupation of John Apptot, in Lewes St Michael

4 To his second son John Awcock £20

5 To his youngest son Thomas Awcocke, all his freehold lands called Rowlands in Ditchling; £12

6 To his wife Mary Awcock, the residue of his personal goods; provision for the education of the children
