Description (What the record is about)
-
Hugh Thomas would like Eaton's tenement, but Eaton does not want to go and thinks it hard he should be turned off now that he has fulfilled the conditions.
Mr. Harwood wants some of Hill's lands in Weston laid to his farm, which will defeat Hill's plan of laying his lands there into two farms. Some of the best land lies near Mr. Harwood's house; if Harwood has only that, it will be a great detriment to Hill's tenants, but if Harwood takes John Griffiths whole tenement laid to his, it may do very well. He will let the other lands which Richd. Griffiths does not hold to Thomas Shore.
He saw Mr. Chettoe and has made further treaty about lands in Horton.
