Testator : John Blayney of Gregynog, co. Mtg., esq.
All messuages, tenements, lands in Tregynon, co. Mtg., to cousin, Edmund Humphreys of - co. Essex, esq., and to his brother in law, Edward Weaver of Morville, co. Salop., esq., or survivor of them, for 99 years upon trust to raise £1000 towards portions for younger children, and afterwards them and Gregynog Hall to his eldest son, Arthur Blayney, and heirs, remainder to John Blayney, his 2nd son, and other sons, or in default to dau.'s, Anne Blayney, Arabella Blayney, Joyus Blayney, Diana Blayney etc.
£2000 to be charged on settled estate and £1000 to be raised as above to be paid by Edw. Weaver and Edmund Humphreys as portions to younger son and daus. of testators.
Executors : Edmund Humphreys and Edward Weaver.
