6 Feb. 19 Eliz Indenture. Parties Myles Ince of Ince gent. of one part and George Leigh of Ince husbandman & Cisalie, wife of said George & James Leigh, son of said George of other part.
In conson of the surrender of a lease made by Thomas Ince, father of said Myles unto the said George Leigh & Margarett Aynsoogh now deceased for 3 lives of the lands etc, expressed in these presents & also in consideration of £6 Myles demises to George Cisslie & James the messuage & tenement etc, orchards, lands etc, in Ince commonly called the Tagge some time in the occupation of Cissly Browne, Widow decd. now in occupation of said George Leigh & the lands called the Grene fields in Inse, with one turf Rowme or Turbarie in Ince Moss with common of pasture etc, for the term of their 3 lives & the survivor, at the yearly rent of 24/- & usual services & 2 Hens & 2 Capons at the feast of the Birth of our Lord God & 4 days shereinge in Harvest time yearly.
Power of re-entry & distress for rent.
Provision that if Cisslie shall survive George, she shall hold a moiety of the premises at an apportioned rent for her natural life and if she "do not comytt the breatche of widowhode, nor doe not mysguyde her body".
Further provisions in case of breach of Widowhood etc, by Cisslie.
