Note: A number of items received with Buckingham Borough records (AR 29/74, AR 81/75) which have no identifiable connection with the Borough are presumed to have strayed from the records of Archdeacon and Co. They have therefore been added to this catalogue (1996). This provenance should not be regarded as proven, however.
