Commencing the 25th March 1781, for a yearly rent of £25, from John Brockhurst of Coventry, gent, to Benjamin Lapworth of Coventry, victualler of a house used as a tenter yard and now a public house "The 1 Moon and Seven Stars" in Much Park Street, Coventry, adjoining Whitefriars Lane and Whitefriars Gate. Covenant that a new lease will be executed if the lessees convert a stable now held by Thomas Cotton, blacksmith into a dwelling house, with liability on the lessees to pay the costs of conversion.
