Bond from John Oughton of Whitley Mill, in the parish of St. Michael, Coventr', miller, to John Gregory of Stichall, alias Stivichall, gent., in 40 pounds; the condition being that, whereas the said John Gregory by indentures bearing even date has leased to the said John Oughton a watermill called the Heath Mill with appurtenances, with two meadow grounds, one called the Myll Meadowe and the other the Mill Ham, alias Mill Holme, in Stichall, to hold for 21 years, rendering annually 8 pounds, the said John Oughton is to leave the premises in good repair at the end of the said term.
