Bargain and sale of a corn mill and a paper mill in the parish of Ryton called Ryton Mylnes, with watercourses etc. and the meadow groundes in and near Ryton and Gryndle being 2 meadows and 1 bylett (let to Thomas Batley). Warranty clause.

Covenant for quiet possession and that the property is not incumbered, one lease for about 8 years to come by Thomas Grey to Thomas Batley at a rent of £7 p.a. reserved.
