[Recites: (A) Nos. DD/BC/117 and 120;
(B) That default was made in payment of £358 15s.;
(C) That equity of redemption descended to James Colley;
(D) That the principal sum of £350 remains owing to G. C.;
(E) That G. C. and J. C. have agreed for the absolute purchase for £400 (the £350 owing plus £50)].
Mess. and 44 ac. in Babcary [as in recited deeds].
(To hold to G. C. to his own use for ever).
