Description

Exemplification of a recovery suffered in Easter term 25 George III between Francis Murcott gent. demandant, Stafford Squire Baxter gent. tenant and Bentley Gordon Bentley esq. and Joanna his wife vouchees of the manor of Little Kington, Combrooke, and Brookhampton, and 7 messuages, 3 tofts, 3 dovehouses, 10 gardens, 900 acres of land, 100 acres of meadow, 300 acres of pasture, 10 acres of wood, 4 acres of furze and heath, 10 acres of land covered with water and common of pasture for all cattle, also the rectory of Great Kington and the advowson of Great Kington.
