(a) 26, Grove Place, Bedford, now in occupation of Mrs Brandon
(b) By direction of Mortgagee two freehold and newly erected dwelling houses at 53 & 55 Westbourne Road, Queens Park Estate, Bedford, now in occupation of Mrs Laird & Mr D Dean.
(c) By direction of Trustees: two semi-detached freehold properties at 46 & 48 Chaucer Road, as let to Messrs Thornton & Stokes
Includes a note that 21/23 Howard Street were withdrawn from the sale; and bidding record in pencil in margin alongside lot descriptions (records surname of highest bidder in each case)
