For the consideration of a certain sum of money, 1) bargains & sells and enfeoffs to 2): A messuage in Middleton & 1 little close adjoining & 1 other close in the E. end of the town adjoining the E. side of a close called wardgarth & 7 oxgangs of arable all in the town fields and territories of Middleton in the occupation of William Storke (1 other close occupied by William Storke, near a messuage in the occupation of Robert Lutman, excepted)
