2 Feb. 32 Eliz. Indenture. Parties Myles Inse gent. of one part, and James Gerrarde of the New Hall in Ince gent. & Thomas Holme of the same town petyechapman, of the other part.
Demise & grant in consideration of £50. to J G. & T H. all that his closure of Meadow & pasture known by the name of the great Mosse Heye with that other parcel of land adjoining the longest end of the said Great Moss called the Mosse, all which premises bring in Ince containing by estimation 10 acres of land, together with all ways, watercourses etc, for 12 years of the said Myles shall so long live at the rent of 1 pepper corn.
Liberty for Myles to cut & carry away turves.
