Bargain and sale to Pemberton of the Rectory and parsonage impropriate of Alveley with all glebe and tithes of corn, grain, hay, fruit, lamb, calves, oblations etc, with proviso for redemption of the mortgage on payment of £5000

Lee has contracted for purchase of great and small tithes upon his own property, and of the chancel of the parish church and the pew therein, with presentation to the church, also a barn and 2 pieces of land called Parsons Furlong and tithes of the land (the tithes, chancel, pew, presentation barn and land are comprised in a term of 1000 years) and also a parcel of land at Nordley in the parish of Alveley (½a) lately purchased by Henry Jermyn Grove deceased (not comprised in the term) for £6500
The rectory glebe etc are subject to payment of the stipend of £20 p.a. to the curate of Alveley, £10 to the curate of St Leonard's Bridgnorth, and £10 to the curate of St Mary Magdalen, Bridgnorth, and to repair of the chancel of Alveley church
The purchase money is to be paid, £3000 to Russell and £2500 to Haslewood as part of his principal. Elizabeth agrees to discharge the property from the £50 annuity
