Particulars and Conditions of sale of land(and property) at Bedford to be sold by auction by Messrs Stafford and Rogers Ltd at The Lion Hotel, Bedford on 24th October 1902 by direction of the Trustee for sale of the late Frederick Tooth, Esq, and Mrs Tooth, viz:
(a) Dyke House, 60 Chaucer Road
(b) Stable and coach house with garden land fronting Spenser Road and adjoining garden land
(c) piece of building land adjoining (a) fronting Spenser Road
Conditions of sale derive title of (a) - (b) from conveyances by Rev W P Beckett dated 19th May 1888 and 25th October 1888, and (c) with conveyance of 2nd January 1890.
Endorsed with memorandum of agreement for sale of (a) to W H Gibson of 40, Linden Road, Bedford for £900
