Sending Sybil a Christmas cheque and sounding gloomy: “Daddy & I seldom go anywhere” and telling of the wet and fog. Saying that Peggy is due to stay for 7 days. Second brief letter acknowledges Sybil’s wire and saying she hopes to receive hampers soon.
