Folio 31. Draft letter from the Local Government Board to Charles Wright, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, acknowledging his letter of 2 February 1875 and confirming that they see no objection to the proposal of the guardians to let the whole of the farm lands to George Pearce on lease for 8 years, at an annual rent of £80. Once they receive the formal request they will issue the requisite order to authorise the letting of the lands.
