If I give 10s. 6d. for 2 yards of silk what will 289 yards cost; If 9 yards of broad cloth cost £6. 12s. 6d. what will 8 pieces cost each containing 27 yards, etc. At back: explanation of Rule of Three; query whether notice affixed to church door at Sherborne 3 Sundays in months of August & September pursuant to order of House of Commons and if it was not would it not be proper to inquire of Clerk of House of Commons whether adviseable to postpone application to Parliament to next year - reference to enclosure award of 1799?
