Excepting and reserving to 1. for remainder of 99 years parcel called Errow yr Arglwydd and all buildings on it, 1 parcel called John Roger's woodpeece and all trees, 1 parcel near the Cymerey lately enclosed out of a meadow of Thomas Evans, and 3 butts or ridges in field Covey Tydder in Ballesley. Consideration: £40 and £8 annuity to Elinor for life if John Rogers, Oliver ap John and Edward ap John so long live.
