Letter from L.V. Fildes, Secretary to the Trustees, to N.K. Smith, Esq., c/o Oscar Petersen, Esq., Lenwig, Denmark confirming that the Trustees have reviewed his case regarding his Co-Partnership Certificates. Mr Fildes states that there was a misunderstanding between Mr N.K. Smith and Mr Ferguson regarding payment as compensation for the loss of Partnership Certificates.
