of John Marten (sic) Watson of Somerton, gentleman. Property: To wife, Elizabeth Watson for life: messuage with appurtenances in Chipping Norton, and after her decease, it shall go to nephew Marten Dew and his heirs. To wife, for life, messuage with appurtenances in Steeple Aston, and after her decease it shall go to my nephew John Marten Watson and his heirs. To the 2 sons and 3 daughters of my brother in law Thomas Davis, £20 each payable 12 months after the death of my wife. To neices Mary Burge and Marian Harris, £20 each to be paid 12 months after the death of my wife. Residuary estate to wife Elizabeth whom I appoint executrix.
