President, Sedgley Park School, 1861 - 1873. Born 1812, studied at Sedgley Park from the age of 12 until 15 before moving to St Nicholas' College, Paris, France, for a further 3 years. Returning to England he continued his studies at Oscott College, Birmingham, where he was ordained in 1840. He served at Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, for nine years. Under the Presidency of the Rev. Thomas Flanagan and the Very Rev. Canon George Rolfe, he acted as Vice-President at Sedgley Park, becoming President himself in 1861. He died in June 1873.
