Description

Letter of William Fleming, Secretary of the Lodge held in the Seventy-sixth Regiment, to Robert Leslie, Grand Secretary, asking if any particular warranted lodge on the Island of Jersey has the provincial authority of receiving communication from the other lodges as Lodges Nos. 287 and 332 have hinted that they should report their proceedings to them. Includes draft reply of Robert Leslie, dated 6 September 1807.
