Loge Parfaite Egalite Lyonnese, No. 464 [erased], Spitalfields, London was granted a warrant by the Moderns' Grand Lodge to meet as No. 464 at the Three Old Tongues, Pearl Street, Spitalfields on 18 April 1774. The Lodge was erased on 12 April 1780.
