1. Robert Skyring Garnett of Bankhouse, Kirkby Lonsdale, esquire.
2. William Ward of Bankhouse, farmer.
Premises: all that estate or farm at Bank House consisting of a good dwellinghouse with suitable outbuildings and 45 acres of rich arable, meadow and pasture land, except for house in which (1) lives, ground approaching same, garden, pump, yard, and all buildings heretofore occupied by (1) and family, also 2 nurseries at Fellside, the Calf Parrock hedge for use of drying clothes, all trees, wood and underwood and right of (1) to examine premises.
Covenants:- re dates of entry, rent, cultivation etc.
Subscription: memorandum that (1) accepts (2) as tenant for yearly rent of £64 10s, 4 November 1839.
