2 The manors or farms called Detcham otherwise The Hoale Farm, with land called Stoneophill in Westfield and Sedlescombe occupied by PF the elder, John Westmer, Richard Gower, William Leeds and John Tassell, with Blacklands (26a) in Sedlescombe with the mansion house of PF the elder in Sedlescombe, occupied by PF the elder, and all his other land in Westfield

6 and 2 above to PF the elder's wife Lucy to augment her jointure by £60, remainder to general trusts

The remainder to PF the elder for life, remainder to trustees for 22 years to perform his will, remainder to PF the elder in tail male; if that fail, then:

15 and 16 above in fourth shares for PF the elder's daughters Jane, Lucy, Mary and Ruth Farnden in tail, 9 above to PF the elder's eldest daughter Ann wife of Richard Paine, 8 above in moieties to PF the elder's daughters Joan wife of SG and Martha wife of EP, 1, 2, 7 and 10-14 to PF the younger to provide a jointure of £150 on his marriage with remainder in tail male, 3-6 to William Dyke, son of PF the elder's daughter Mary Dyke, in tail
