Folios 390-393. Letter from Charles B L Norgate [Charles Bladwell le Grys Norgate], Clerk to East Dereham School Board within the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Local Government Board. He encloses, as requested in their letter of 22 January 1880, the form of statutory declaration and statement, duly completed as required. He also encloses a completed copy of the supply form No7.
'Statuary Declaration' form under an 'Advance under the Public Works Loan Act 1875', from Charles Bladwell le Grys Norgate, Clerk to the East Dereham School Board within the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union to the Local Government Board, before George Halcott Cooper, Commissioner of Oaths. The form records the date, amount and purpose of the loan as well as the current state of payments. Particulars of expenditure are given including monies to W Porrett, solicitors, Public Works Loan Commissioners, W H Nankivell [William Henry Nankivell], Architect, Cooper and Son for gas fittings, J Munford, for supply of desks, W Hubbard [William Hubbard] and Gurney and Co, Bankers.
