Assignment of residues of terms in trust

1. Edward Whitefield of Moretonhampstead, gent., mortgagee

2. Margaret Nosworthy, Philip Balle and Sarah his wife, Jane, Elizabeth and Ann Nosworthy

3. John Pinsent of Moretonhampstead, tallow chandler

4. John Holmes of Exeter, gent., trustee for 3.

Premises: one dwellinghouse or houses, mortgaged to 1. in 1749, and then lately new built and shindled, and occupied by Mary Smale widow and Mary Nosworthy the mother

Consideration: £40 paid by 3. to 1., and £18 paid by 3. to 2., making a total of £58 being the purchase money to be paid for the premises
