A Map of Black Moor Farm in the Prish of Crewkerne in the County of Somerset.
Approx. 20" : 1 mile OS 92 NE
Ink and watercolour on paper.
Compact farm of 150 acres. Fields coloured according to land use, and also numbered with reference to a key on the map that gives fields names, land use, and acreages. Upper left inset, front elevation of house; lower right inset, enlargement of plan of house and homestead. A draft of this map, measuring 21" x 28½", in ink on paper, and with an 1821 watermark, is stored with the fair copy. Watermark 1822.
