Made by Arthur Cecil Robinette Ritchie (of 20, Churchill Ave., Foleshill, Coventry, technical teacher) with the Coventry Permanent Economic Building Society for £410 in 6/10 weekly instalments from 6th. May, 1925 to 28th. Apr., 1950 for land fronting the western side of Churchill Ave. for 11ft.1½in., covering 174 sq.ft. and being part of a 3,400 sq.yd. parcel (bounded north by hereditaments sold by William Henry Jones to Lillian Jane Read, east by Durbar Ave., south and west by back roads), with a house to be occupied by A.C.R. Ritchie who will share upkeep of its northern wall and fence; the conveyable premises are shown on a 27th. Apr., 1925 deed (made by W.H. Jones with Ritchie) and mortgaged with rights to use Durbar Ave. from Lockhurst Lane to the northern end of the conveyable property, to enjoy drainage (which the society will repair), to use 6ft-, 8ft.- and 6ft.-wide back passages from Durbar Ave., and with benefit of a covenant made in a 9th. Dec., 1924 indenture (by The Newcombe Estates Co. Ltd. with Evelyn Harryette Copes and W.H. Jones) about repairing Durbar Ave..
