Feoffment in a messuage in Longvill (Rowland Moyle) cont. a house and at the yearly rent of £ 4.10. Rent to be paid to Webb, Vincent, and Hows during the life time of Plowden and to Butler and Trussell after ¼ and ¼ heriot within 2 days of the death of any principal tenant and also ¼ within 2 days of an alienation as relief, and suit and service, as the other tenants of the manor except as to heriot and relief. She will pay reasonable fines for default of suit of court etc. Warranty. Covenant that the property is not encumbered and for quiet possession and further assurance She covenants not to set up any standing on any waste ground of the manor, other than shall be adjoining to her freehold and that for the time of Longvill fayre. If she erect or set up any shop or standing she shall pay 5s for every default. Covenant for distraint and recentry in case of non-payment of rent or fines etc. 20 days. William Bright appointed as attorney.
