Right and left hand indentures of a fine levied at Westminster between Thomas Cookes, gentleman, plaintiff, and Henry Tomes and Mary his wife and Josiah Tomes, deforciants, of one messuage, two cottages, 20 acres of land, six acres of meadow, 12 acres of pasture and 15 acres of heath in Snitterfield. Consideration: £60.
