Surrender of a mortgage term of 99 years, (1) John Whitehart Stephens of Pewsey, surgeon and apothecary, William Hooper of the same place, yeoman, and William Butcher of the same place, yeoman, executors of the will of Anthony Mills, late of Pewsey, deceased, (2) Samuel Deavin of Marlborough, glover and breeches-maker.
Tenement with out-houses and stable; also closes called Mafferidges, Four Cow Leazes, Wheathall and Pensley, all in Burbage; all which premises had been mortgaged, by demise for 99 years or two lives, to said Anthony Mills, by Samuel Deavin, 28 December 1775.
