2. Adam Knapp of Cassington, malster.
3a. William Quatermaine of Ensham, Oxford, yeoman.
b. Susannah Quatermaine of Ensham, widow (and Devisee of William Quatermaine the younger late of Ensham, yeoman deced.)
4. Thomas Loder of City of Oxford, brewer.
5. John Treacher of City of Oxford, grocer.
6. Thomas Wise of the same city, mercer.
SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION:

Recites that £479.7.5d. is due to 1. on the premises and that 4. has contracted with 3. to buy the premises for £550.
In consideration of £479.7.5d. paid to 1. at the direction of 3 by 4. (part of the £550). and 5/- to 1. from 5. 1. at the direction of 3. assigns the premises to 5. for the residue of the term of 500 yrs. In consideration of 5/- paid by 6. to 2. 2. at the direction of 1. and 3a. assigns the premises to 6. for residue of the term of 99 yrs.
