Papers, including deeds, maps and surveys, relating to the estates of the Verney family, lords Willoughby de Broke of Compton Verney, mainly in Warwickshire, but also in the counties of Leicester, Lincoln, Stafford, Northampton and Surrey, 1793-1964; with leases of St Martin's Theatre, London, 1916, 1943; and papers of the Willoughby de Broke Estate Company, 1925-52.
