Particulars and conditions of sale in duplicate of 22 June 1831 and, comprised with the conditions, agreement in duplicate made since the auction and on above date between John Cook of Studley co. Warwick, maltster and victualler, and Robert Knight of Barrels, same county, esq., M.P., for the purchase by the former for £130 of a piece of land called the Pound Pleck in Studley. With two letters from Chas: Jones, solicitor, of Alcester to Robert Knight relating to the same transaction.
