Saw Swann's son at bank. Repeats arrangements outlined in L 30/15/18/58.

Lady Robinson's half years rent from St. Maries Monastery (The Manor [sic]). Receiver gave Ellis advertisement, enclosed for F. Robinson [not present, contents not specified].

List of Tenants and their yearly rents. Mentions Miss Langley, H. Weatherhill, Mrs. Vaslet, C. Bearspark, P. Littlewood, R. Dalton, T. Masterman, G. Sruton, J. Wyn, W. Fentiman.

Taxes etc. & figures. House & window tax, poor rate, Church, constable, bricklayer, joiner, glazier.

Ladies paid. Mrs. Robinson's hearing better.
