Arrangement

The bundle numbers were apparently bestowed or retained by Miss Brown as she checked over all the records in the custody of the Clerk of the Peace for the Parts of Holland. The records have been quoted by these numbers which are therefore retained. Most commissions have a date and number on the dorse, in a hand of the late 18c. or early 19c.
