Pecuniary and chattel bequests to eldest son Henry Wood of Ditchling, sons James Wood, Thomas Wood, Richard Wood and William Wood, daughters Ann Browne, Elizabeth Wood and Sarah Wood

Messuage and garden in Ditchling, occupied by Peter Browne, copyhold of the manor of Ditchling, to daughter Ann Browne, unless the surrender to his will is not entered in the court book, in which case it will descent to his youngest son William Wood, who at 21 is to pay £100 of his legacy to his sister Ann Browne

Wife Ann Wood executrix; brother John Wood of Shermanbury and kinsman Richard Webb of Wivelsfield to assist, or take on his business should his wife die 'while I live under lingering weakness' or before she has executed the trust
