Mrs Humberstone (then Mrs Yonge) sold 'Northwood' in Chislehurst to the Institution in 1954 and moved into neighbouring Elm House. She died in 1961 leaving money to the Instituion. Her husband, sold Elm House to the Institution in 1963 and died in 1970. The file relates mainly to the settlement of Mrs Humberstone's estate.
